CSN Development squad 0 FAS 2

Fas beat CSN Dev Squad 2.0 under lights at Tramore Rd yesterday. While CSN had a number of fine performaces their failure to convert in front of goal was dissapointing. Weather hampered a good game with some nice passages of play from both sides. Howevere FAS enjoyed a spell of possession in which they convered from a corner in the first half. The second came in the 2nd half after a fine individual effort ended up in the top corner leaving the scoreline 2.0

CSN finish 3rd in Umbro Premier South

Tuesdays 3 points in Tralee completed the Premier leagues fixtures for 2011/2012. As
expected CSN have now just lost out on the National QFs as CIT finish 2points ahead of them.
This season has seen a hugh improvement in results which sees CSN finish above the likes of Univesity of Limerick, University College Cork and Institute if Technology Tralee. Only to be beaten once this season by UL, CSN picked up one to many draws and will be extremely dissapointed not to progress into the final 8.
They will now turn their sights to the Umbro Cup with an away trip to Limerick IT scheduled for post xmas.
Well done to all players involved in the league.
